Reservation and Cancellation policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Please review the following comprehensive cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for all.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations received up to 7 days before the service: full refund.
  • Cancellations received within 7 days of the service: no refund.

Service Hour Reduction

The service will be fully charged if a request of reduction in the service duration is communicated 7 days before the service or less.

How to Cancel

To cancel a reservation, please contact our customer service team via email at info@lakecomowatertaxi.it. Kindly include your booking details and reason for cancellation. 

Transfer Service Delay and Surcharge Policy

For transfer services, please note that if guests exceed a delay of 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the availability of the boat. However, if the boat remains accessible, an additional surcharge will apply. Your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated. In the event of guests’ delay leading to the departure of the boat, the service must still be paid in full.

Weather Conditions

All boats are equipped with covered spaces, heated in case of low temperatures. Tours can be conducted in the rain. However, the captain reserves the right to cancel or suspend tours if weather conditions are unfavourable (e.g., heavy rain, strong wind, pronounced wave motion). The captain’s judgment is unique and unquestionable. In the event of cancellation by the captain due to adverse weather conditions, we will refund the entire amount.
